The Warner Center Rotary Coffee Project
A Unique Fund Raising Opportunity
The overall concept is very simple, and the outcomes are multiple.

Use coffee as a fundraiser and a way to market your club/organization. We will provide the coffee and the custom labels for your club, and you will sell it or give it away as either a fund raiser and/or promotional item.

It makes for a great gift for guest speakers!
The outcomes for your club/organization are:

1. A $6 profit for every bag sold
2. Marketing of your club & its projects on the label of the coffee bag.
3. Have great, freshly roasted coffee at home, in your office &
   even at club meetings!
4. Easy holiday shopping for friends and co-workers & excellent guest speaker gifts.

This is how it works:

1. You provide information about your club and/or projects on the order form.
2. We then make a custom label just for your club. Your story appears on this label.

3) Our club is the producer of this coffee. We procure, roast, bag and label the coffee.
4) We sell it to your club for $6.00 per pound; minimum order 50 - 1 lb. bags (a minimum $300 initial decision)
5) You sell it or give it away. Selling 50 bags at a suggested retail price of $12 produces a $300 net profit for your club!

Here is who wins:

• Your club makes either $6 per pound and/or gets a great PR piece.
• Our club will be funding our blues lab project with most of the proceeds
• YOU get to have excellent coffee (you know your gonna get some for home!)
• Anyone who receives this coffee will be happy, because it is in fact some of
  the best coffee in the world, and the transaction helps a charity in the process.

All we need to start is approval from your club/organization to spend the $300
and someone to fill out the order form.
